| Selecting the right supplies is the first
step in creating effective posters, banners and signageThere are several types of Varitronics papers that can be used
with all current PosterPrinter machines. To decide which type
of paper will best match your needs, read the descriptions below.
All of the paper colors shown below can be purchased in individual
rolls, and are available in a variety of sizes. Several paper

Thermal Transfer Paper (TTP)
is designed for indoor use, and is UV resistant.
This is a durable paper which can be hot or cold laminated.
Thermal Transfer Paper is ideal for creating posters or banners
that will be used for longer periods of time. Use Thermal Transfer
Paper to create output such as trade show posters, seminar schedules, welcome banners, directional signage, safety information and business mission
statements. Colors available:

Direct Thermal Paper (DTP) will
give you a wide variety of colors, and can be cold laminated.
It is designed for short term use, and is not recommended for
use in direct sunlight. It is an inexpensive paper to use for
everyday applications. Use Direct Thermal Paper to create output
such as recognition posters, special event banners,
enlarged worksheets, and schedules. Colors available:

Heavy Duty Poly (HDP) is made
out of a synthetic material, that provides added durability.There
are two types of poly material available. The Standard Poly
(available in black) is a durable material designed for inside
use. The Transfer Plus Poly (available in red) is designed for
outdoor use, and is water and wind resistant. Use Heavy Duty
Poly to create output such as outdoor banners and signs, semi-permanent
signage and durable safety signs and banners. Colors available:
